Returns
You can return undamaged and unused products within 14 days of receipt, with the return costs being borne by the consumer, unless there is a manufacturing error. In that case, the customer will initially cover the return costs, which will later be reimbursed after assessment by the seller.
Defective products due to manufacturing errors will be replaced within 24 months. Returns are possible up to 2 weeks after delivery date. After this period, reimbursement is not possible. Used, damaged or packaged goods without original packaging will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
Can I return my products?

Received damaged or defective product.
If a product is delivered defective, we request that you report and return it up to 72 hours after receiving the package. After inspection, we may consider possible compensation if it falls within the warranty.
How does returns work?
- Within the written conditions you must indicate that you want to cancel/return the agreement. You can submit the return request below.
- Items must be returned in the best possible, unused condition and in the original factory packaging without tape, tape or shipping stickers.
- After registering your return via email, you wait for approval of your return. After approval, you can return the product to our returns address.
- After receiving the return shipment, we will send you a message about the status of your return within 7 working days. Costs for packages that are subsequently returned to you are covered by us as standard.
